Logistics

All participants are required to provide their own transportation to and from the host location and should plan to arrive no on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.  The first session will start at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.

The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte Concord Golf Resort & Spa, 5400 John Q. Hammons Drive NW, Concord, NC 28027.

Lodging is included in the registration fee for KINGS and QUEENS ONLY.  Advisors are responsible for making their own reservations and payments.

Some meals are included in the registration fee; however, participants should be prepared to cover some meals, late night snacks, and other sustenance needs.
